    Is there an alternative way to track my eBay order?

    China Parcels is a third-party international order tracker that helps you monitor your eBay orders more effectively. Unlike the official eBay website, it consolidates updates from multiple delivery services to give you a complete view of your order’s journey, whether within United States of America or being shipped internationally.

    One key feature is our Scam Detector. If you’re waiting for an order from eBay and suspect the tracking number might be fake, our system can flag it. This early warning helps you take action quickly, especially if the order is being shipped from United States of America to another country.

    How can I track my eBay order?

    Tracking a Registered Order

    If the seller has used a tracked shipping service, you'll be able to see the carrier details along with the current location of your order. The expected delivery date will be shown in cases where tracking isn't available.

    You can also track the delivery status through your Purchase History. A tracking number for orders using tracked services will appear as a clickable link next to the item.

    The seller may need to upload the tracking details if no tracking number is visible despite using a tracked service. Contact the seller to request this information.

    Tracking a Guest Order

    For items purchased as a guest, you will need the order confirmation email sent to the email address used during checkout.

    To track your guest order:

    • Locate the eBay guest order confirmation email with the subject line starting with “Order Confirmed”;
    • Select View order details;
    • Click on Show shipping details.

    This will display a delivery status bar with the delivery company, tracking number, and the guest item's location. If tracking information isn't available, click Contact Seller on the Order Details page to ask the seller to provide the tracking number.

    If you cannot find the guest order confirmation email, click the button below to receive a link to your order details again.

    Tracking by Tracking Number

    You can track your eBay order using our parcel tracking system if you have the tracking number. We offer support for the most popular international and postal carriers

    Help with an eBay Item That Hasn't Arrived

    If the delivery date has passed and your item is still missing, you can notify the seller by reporting the issue.

    Verify Delivery Information

    Ensure the item is still not on its way. Check your Purchases for the expected delivery date, shipping address, and the latest tracking updates.

    Report a Missing Item

    You have a 30-day window after the estimated delivery date to report that an item hasn't arrived. The seller is expected to respond within three business days with an update, replacement, or refund. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.

    Request eBay's Assistance

    If the seller does not respond or solve the issue within three business days, you can request eBay's help. You have up to 21 business days from the original request date to ask eBay to step in.

    Problems with the Item or Returns

    If you encounter issues with the item or wish to return it, you must close the missing item request and open a return request instead.

    If you already received a refund, contact the seller to discuss next steps, such as:

    • Sending the item back and keeping the refund;
    • Keeping the item and reimbursing the seller.

    When the Item Arrives After Reporting

    If the item shows up after you've reported missing, you can close your request to inform the seller that the issue is resolved.

    Note that a request or case cannot be reopened once it is closed.
